At the request of kakeochi_umai, here are summaries of the first three hentai game scripts I translated, as well as a more detailed one of the script of doom. The first three have only one ending and the choices you can make don't affect the outcome and only make the scenes slightly different (sometimes only a few lines' worth).

"Sister Rape"
A 10th grade boy is depressed because his sister is the school idol and the only time anyone pays any attention to him is as "Natsu's little brother". They're very close, though, and so he doesn't actually hate her. One day he sees her undressing and gets all hot and bothered. From that day on, he starts thinking about her as a girl and not just his sister. Then one day he goes to put something in her room, thinking she's not home, and as he pushes the door open a crack, he sees her on the bed masturbating. Of course she's too into it to notice him. At first he just watches, but eventually he gets so hot and bothered, he rushes in and jumps her. He has absolutely no experience, so he paws at her and ends up coming on her while trying to get his dick in. Of course afterwards he thinks he's ruined everything and she'll hate him forever, but no! She's always felt it was her responsibility to look after him and so she comes to him one day and says that she feels it's her responsibility to help him learn about sex, since he'll never be able to get or keep a girlfriend like that. They have sex a lot, with her teaching him various different things, and while he has feelings for her, she just keeps insisting she's teaching him about sex. Eventualy they start saying "I love you" during sex, but still she insists it's nothing. The game ends with her moving out once she graduates from high school, and them carrying on their relationship.

"Little Sister"
I don't remember ages given for this one, but they were probably about 16 and 15 or something. In this one the brother is older and he's a virgin, no girlfriend experience at all. His younger sister is really popular and always has a ton of guys calling her and she usually has more than one boyfriend at a time. She totally looks down on her brother and is always calling him "stupid virgin" and "perverted virgin" and stuff. She's really obnoxios and I totally wanted to strangle her the entire time. One time when their parents aren't home, he happens to wander into the bathroom when she's taking a bath (this is a Japanese bathroom where the changing room/sink is actually separated from the bath itself by a door). He finds her panties on the floor and can't resist picking them up and going back to his room for a wank with them. She comes looking for them and catches him almost in the act (IIRC he's just finished). She starts beating up on him and calling him names and eventually he pushes her down on the floor and ends up tearing off her shirt and getting off by rubbing his dick between her boobs. Afterwards, he's scared to death that she'll tell their parents, but she never does. Eventually she makes him her slave in exchange for not telling. She says she wants to use him as practice for her boyfriends. The thing is, while they're having sex, he discovers she's actually a virgin (same thing happened with the previous one) and she actually seems to have a crush on him but is just contrary and so ends up acting like she hates him instead. But when they have sex, her personality totally changes and she's all "oniichan! oniichan!" and acting sweet and loving. Again, this game is all about trying out new sex stuff and each scene is pretty much something new. The game ends with them continuing their relationship like this.

"Afterschool"
This is the first one I did and is from a girl's POV. She's a high schooler and it starts off with her in the classroom moping over the fact that her boyfriend dumped her. Why did he dump her? Because he practically raped her and she said no. But she feels really bad about it! Then this popular boy comes along and she confides in him about how she's scared of sex. He comes up with a plan to help her acclimate herself to sex so that she won't be so scared with her next boyfriend. He promises to be gentle, unlike her previous boyfriend. Every day after school, they go to the nurse's office, which is empty because he pays off the nurse, and he teaches her about sex. Again, each scene is learning something new. She starts to have feelings for him. Eventually his personality starts changing. He's cold instead of kind. Then one day he asks her to come to the nurse's office and there are three other boys there waiting. They have paid him so they can have their way with the girl. It turns out this is what this boy does. He's basically the school pimp and he's done this with dozens of girls before. Emi feels totally betrayed, but she really loves sex now, so she goes along with it, protesting at first. After a while she gets used to her new role as whore and even enjoys having some extra cash. The game ends with one of her customers in a threesome being her ex-boyfriend from the beginning and they're both so happy to see each other again.

"Wife Wife"
The beginning is outlined here. This is the first game I translated where you have major choices that actually affect the whole game. There are two bad endings, one semi-bad ending, and one good ending ("good" here being that you get with the wife instead of the mom).

After the mother-in-law decides to teach him about sex, one day his wife happens to walk in on them and see them together. She's totally shocked and won't forgive either of them for it. He tries to talk to her and apologise, but she won't even speak to him. Finally one day he manages to get her alone after school and tries to explain himself. She tells him it was just a fake marriage all along and she never wanted it, so maybe they should just get an annulment. Now you have two choices: rape her or leave the classroom. You'd think that leaving was the better of the two choices, right? But that actually takes you to the first bad ending. He's totally in love with his wife, and crushed that she hates him. He feels something break inside and he goes home and starts packing. The mom comes in and he tells her he's leaving, but then he breaks down in tears and says he can't leave without her. They're both crying at the fact that the daughter hates them and they cling to each other and have sex over and over and over. It ends with the daughter coming home and just standing in the doorway watching them and crying silently.

So. You choose to rape her. After she talks about the annulment, she says "you never desired me anyway" and he decides to show her that yes he does. He pushes her down on the floor and rapes her. Yeah, that really doesn't make things better, does it! After a while of her hating him more and him begging forgiveness over and over, she says she'll maybe forgive him if he agrees to become her slave. He does, not realising she means sex slave. They have sex a lot and she treats him horribly. One day at school a girl in his class gives him a present and says she likes him. The wife overhears and is totally jealous. She takes the present from him and as they struggle over it, they end up falling down the stairs. He breaks her fall and breaks his leg in the process. He's hospitalised and while he's in the hospital the wife comes to see him and take care of him every day. Better yet, her mom has told her that when guys are in the hospital, nurses give them handjobs, but if they're married, it's the wife's job to do it, and she totally believes it. More sexing happens. On the day he's set to be released, she tells him it's over between them because he loves her mom. He tells her no, he loves her and has always loved her, but she doesn't believe him. She runs out of the room. You have two choices: chase after her, despite being still on crutches, or give up. If you give up, the next day when he's released, he and the mom go back to the house to find she's gone. They wait and wait for her to come back, but she never does. They turn to each other in their grief and have more sex. Eventually she gets pregnant and they're happy with the baby and totally forget about the wife. That's bad ending number two. (Also at one point he drinks her breast milk!!)

If you choose to chase after her, he runs as fast as he can down the hall and falls and drags himself along calling her name. Eventually she comes back and she believes him. They are now in love and happy, but she still wants to hide the relationship from her mom. The mom decides she needs to teach them about being a couple, so they have threesomes. The mom is really intrusive and controlling and they never have time alone together anymore. You have two choices: keep having threesomes or just stick with your wife. If you choose to keep having threesomes, he decides that while he loves his wife, he loves the mom, too, and doesn't want to stop the threesomes. They keep having them, but the wife kind of goes dead inside. This is the medium-bad ending (at least you have the wife, but it's not happy happy, joy joy).

If you choose to stop having threesomes, eventually the mom decides to leave and find herself a man, and husband and wife are now happy on their own, though they miss the mom. It ends with them being newlywed-y and her straightening his tie before they go off to school, etc.
