Help!

Okay, so I have some ideas I'd like to submit for the choc_fic challenge, but I'm having trouble fitting them into the submission format.

So what I am asking you, dear flist, is to help me think of how to phrase each of these scenarios so they fit the submission form. Mainly what I need is the "Kink/cliche or fannish trope" line, as I can probably come up with suitable lyrics or something for "Phrase/word/idea/lyric" (though feel free to suggest there, too). I am just really stumped, and while a list of fannish kinks was provided and was supposedly narrative kinks as well, it was really all just sexual kinks, which are well and good, but not the sort of stories I want here.

Here are two I already submitted:

Fandom: Ugly Betty
Character/pairing/threesome or moresome: Justin Suarez/OCs
Kink/cliche or fannish trope: Five things
Phrase/word/idea/lyric: First crush (sex okay, but I'm not interested in PWP)
Number (pick from 1 to 30): 10

Fandom: SGA
Character/pairing/threesome or moresome: John/Ford, John/Teyla
Kink/cliche or fannish trope: High school AU
Phrase/word/idea/lyric: On the field I remember you were incredible/In a car with a girl, promise me she's not your world (sex okay, but I'm not interested in PWP)
Number (pick from 1 to 30): 15

(I can't believe no one else has asked for anything from Ugly Betty! ;_;)

Anyway, some ideas I have:

1. Stephen Black/the fairy gentleman (Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell). I really haven't got any specific ideas here; I just want to see more of this totally canon pairing.

2. Alexis/Wilhelmina or Alexis & Wilhelmina (Ugly Betty). How did they team up? Why was Wilhelmina of all people the only one to know about Alexis?

3. Teyla/Michael or Teyla & Michael (SGA). Dude, I am going to pimp Michael prompts to every damn fest until I get some fic! Teyla reveals she has Wraith DNA.

4. Ronon/Melena (SGA). How did they meet?

5. John/Ford (SGA). With the lyrics "a subtle kiss that no one sees". Canon. Could be set in season one or season two.

I could probably come up with a dozen Ronon/Teyla AUs, but mainly I'm trying to nail down all the stuff I've previously thought about wanting to see/read rather than coming up with new stuff.

Hmm. Well, for 3 you could try something like xenophilia and again specify not PWP as a kink?

John/Ford... DADT is a longstanding fannish cliche, I s'pose, and would fit with your prompt.

DADT would work well for season one, but not so much for season two, and I don't want to close off that possibility.

Xenophilia, hmm... I actually wrote an HP fic with that kink once. It was for a kink alphabet challenge, and I got X and that was like the only option. XD

YAYES! I think a loosely-defined trope like "enclosed space" or "remote cabin" might work here. Or bodyswitch, which is far more cliched, but it'd be interesting to read. ;)

Ronon/Melena... Love at first sight, no PWP? I think ti could work.

And I think that the first prompt could work wonderfully with the narrative kink of interposing narrative with quotations... Say, a selection from Tam Lin?

It would make me happy, anyway.

Using quotes is a good idea. I'm not familiar with Tam Lin, so I'll have to take a look and see.
