I am really digging this hot/cold thingy for my wrist. I think I may have mentioned that before, but I can't say it enough. I may get a second one so I can keep one chillin' in the freezer while this one is in use.

Bruce is back home. Went and picked him up from the airport this afternoon. He is happy to be home, but not pleased to have to go to work tomorrow. He is also still on Indiana time and exhausted as well, and so went to bed at 9pm. Thus it seems really, really late to me now, though it's only just gone two.

This is a really neat article about gender and talkativeness, and whether men really talk less than women. Answer? No. (Duh.) I don't think it was a stereotype I was even familiar with (I have heard "he's the strong, silent type" as a descriptor for men, but never implying that all men are or that women are talkative), but I'm glad to see an article refuting it all the same. :p

I made a second trip to the post office today, another $50 (and okay, about ten from today and ten from yesterday was for non-[livejournal.com profile] holiday_wishes stuff, but still that's $80 that was). Crazy. I think if I answer any more [livejournal.com profile] holiday_wishes posts, it will definitely have to be for non-tangible things.

Speaking of which, five out of nine things on my own wishlist are totally non-tangible, so if you want to get me something like fic or feedback, it won't even cost you money! *shameless*

I have failed utterly at being productive today. Woe. I still have time left, though.
