Here are the first lines of everything I currently have in progress, both solo fic and tags.
Ewan comes awake with a start. (Sightseeing Chapter 2, Chiaroscuro Jude/Ewan)
They wrapped a bit early. (Est. Ewan/Lij)
Toulouse is in love with Christian. (Untitled Moulin Rouge, Toulouse/Christian)
The clock says 5.22. (Sequel to Anonimity and Recognition, Jude/Ewan)
Obi-Wan hated these missions. (Untitled TPM AU, Obi-Wan/Qui-Gon)
Jason forgot to take the rubbish out last week, and he'd been out of town the week before, which means he's now lugging five bags, all full to bursting, down the stairs. (Untitled Jason/Liam AU)
"I don't know why anyone'd even want those ugly old pearls," Pete said. (Untitled Three Investigators, Pete/Bob)
They've settled into something, some sort of routine, and it's not that different from the days that went before. (Est. Ewan solo fic set during their holiday last autumn)
By the time Ewan sees Vincent - or recognises him, rather - it's too late, and he's nearly on top of the man. (Sable Knot Ewan/Vin - this is not actually the first line as Rachel started, but it's my first line)
"Wait," Dom says, sticking his finger in his ear and twisting vigorously. (Unexpected Consequences, Dom/Lij - this is actually the first line of part one, which has already been posted, but I haven't got any of part two done yet despite looking at it nearly every day)
It's not too much later when Ewan is shown to the table. (Est. Ewan/Leo - again not the first line, but my first line)
Ewan's had three glasses of wine now, and it's starting to go to his head. (Sable Knot Bettany/Ewan)
"Good to see you again." (Est. Ewan/Christian/Jon - my first line)
Colin stirs, not quite awake, but not really asleep anymore either. (High Cost of Renting chapter 3, Shallow Grave, Alex/OMC - my first line)
Jude walks up to Jonny's building, stops, turns on his heel, and walks back down to the corner. (Untitled Jude/Jonny Lee Miller AU - my first line)
Ewan is sprawled out on the sofa trying not to fall asleep. (Est. Ewan/Jude/Dom/Lij from August 2003)
"What did you do then?" he asks. (Not actually fanfic, part two of This Exile, my original fic)
