1. I found money in the street today.

2. After work, I went to Brian's Shave Ice because I only have until the end of February to use the groupon punch card I got and I'd only used it once so far.

3. I also stopped in Asahiya, since I was over there, and got some manga. I was just going to buy Tegamibachi 15 and the second of the new 20th anniversary Kindaichi series (vol. 3 is out, too, but they didn't have it, alas), but when I got up to the counter, the woman told me there was a buy three get one free sale, so I picked out two more. :) (Vols. 2 and 3 of Nagata Masami's Suki tte Iwaseru Houou.)

4. I also stopped in Nijiya and got currypan for dinner. We actually did start selling them at my store, too, but tbh they are not as good.

5. I took Olympic home and I guess I either didn't pay attention the last time I took that street or they got this up just in the week or so since I've been buy, but there is a bridge across Cloverfield where they are putting in the new metro train line! So far there has just been lots of construction around town with little to show for it (either it's behind fences or it's just clearing out old stuff that was on the land), so suddenly seeing a big bridge (even unfinished as it is) makes the whole thing seem more real. I know it's still going to be a couple years before everything's finished, but it's so exciting!
