ETA: All taken!

One of the things Irene did on this current visit is to go through the cookbooks and pick out which ones to save and which ones to get rid of. Before I put these out on the curb, is anyone interested in any?

This is a very, very random collection of stuff. Some were bought new, most were bought used in a "must buy all cookbooks!" phase. Many are very old and more interesting just to read through than to actually try the recipes. XD

Basically I'm just asking $1 per book + shipping unless otherwise noted.

Oetker German Home Cooking, please!

Shipping to Australia - as cheap as you can, or as straightforward for you to arrange, I don't really mind (although I would prefer cheap).

It's not a very big book, but there is no cheap slowboat shipping overseas anymore, so the "cheapest" is $13 (+ $1 for the book itself). Are you still interested?

Does The Frugal GOurmet Cooks American have a jambalaya recipe in it? I used to own a FG cookbook from which I adapted my own jambalaya recipe but as I wasn't smart enough to write the thing down, I forgot it, and as I got rid of, sold, or otherwise lost the cookbook years ago, I don't have the original recipe from which to start redeveloping mine.

So if it's that one then I'd like it!

All but three of those are spoken for! D:

The Washington [DC] Cookbook (1982)
Japanese Cookery by Shinojima Tadashi (1968)
Duncan Hines Bake Shop in a Book (1979)

Those are still available, though. That's $3 + $4 shipping, so $7. (Or if you have plans to be near Santa Monica at any time in the near future and want to pick them up, that's fine, too. $4 seems like it's not that different from the cost of gas to make a special trip, though. XD)

No, the Baking one says contributing editor Carole Clements, but no author. It's this one.

The Book of Cookies is interesting, but has way more fancy cookies than I would ever make myself.
