I think it's absolutely absurd and kind of insulting that you had to jump through so many hoops with Citibank. If you were going to do something fraudulently, I doubt you'd be phoning them up to ask about it!

However, the Twitter complaint is an awesome idea. Glad that worked out -- and I'll be storing that for future David vs Goliath company moments in my life. >:)
