I think I had requests for R and T next, and since R was shorter...

1. Aiuchi Rina - Rosemary (3:26)
Most of Aiuchi Rina's stuff fails to really do anything for me, but there are a few I love.

2. Aya & Chika - Rise in My Heart (4:03)
Aya & Chika are the two other members of D&D who were left when Olivia went solo. I think they maybe had one other song, but didn't really do too well, which is a shame because I like this a lot more than anything Olivia's ever done. Mmm...j-euro...

3. Bakufuu Slump - Runner (MSG Version) (2:47)
This is an acoustic version. I'd really love the original, but Bakufuu Slump are not exactly easy to find online. Well, actually I did just find an album with the original on it. :D Here's the original on youtube. If anyone would like me to upload that as well, I'd be happy to. Now what I really wish I could find is Tabibito yo~The Longest Journey~. I just found it on youtube as well and it's every bit as awesome as I remember. *sigh*

4. BoA - Rock with You (4:14)
This is kind of rock-y for BoA, which is a sound I like from her (though I pretty much like everything she does).

5. Cocco - Raining (5:07)
OMG THIS SONG. I love it so much it's not even funny. I really don't like much of anything else of hers, but this song is so, so pretty. The lyrics are neat, too.

6. Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head (5:51)
I really like this whole album. Coldplay seem to be one of those bands you either really like or you really hate. :p

7. Counting Crows - Rain King (4:16)
This album is so good. Like, if I had to pick two albums to listen to for the rest of my life, it'd probably be this and the Killers' Sam's Town. This is one of those perfect albums where I just love every single song on it so much.

8. Duran Duran - Rio (5:33)
Her name is Rio and she dances on the sand. I like Hungry Like the Wolf better, but this is a close second!

9. Ellegarden - Red Hot (2:53)
Japan needs more rock bands like this. I like visual okay, but I'd love more like this and Mongol800.

10. Eriko with Crunch - Red Beat of My Life (3:52)
Eriko is one of the girls from Speed and this was a rather short-lived solo project she had afterwards. I really liked her stuff, though! Very upbeat and catchy.

11. Every Little Thing - Rescue Me (4:18)
This is probably one of my favorite ELT songs. Very catchy and I love the lyrics (which I don't have translated or I'd link). I also love the way the chorus especially has the syllables really emphasised. I don't quite know how to explain it? But if you listen, I think you'll see what I mean. Mou Ichido Kiss Shitakatta by B'z is like that, too.

12. Fanatic Crisis - Rainy Merry-go-Round (4:58)
I've gushed about Fanatic Crisis before, but I can't say it enough. They are so awesome and so underappreciated. This is my type of visual rock.

13. GLAY - Regret (4:56)
Oh man, this is one of my all-time favorite GLAY songs. I wish they had played it when I saw them live. The rhythm of the chorus just gets me every time, especially near the end where it does a partial first chorus and then straight into a repeat of the second chorus. The bit where it links from one to the next is one of those bits I could just listen to over and over and over.

14. Globe - Regret of the Day (5:18)
I really love Globe's first album. It has such great songs!

15. Hirai Ken - Rakuen (5:32)
This was his big break. It's not his best song, but I pretty much love everything he does, so... He has such a great voice and his songs are so catchy.

16. Hirose Koumi - Romance no Kamisama (4:31)
A classic. Bruce really loves her, but I'm not fond of much of her stuff aside from this song, but I really do love this one.

17. Hysteric Blue - Reset Me (4:16)
I wish Hysteric Blue were still around. I really liked them. They may have been a bit of a Judy and Mary rip-off, but, well. I miss Judy and Mary, too! XD Anyway, this is very catchy.

18. Janne Da Arc - R-Type "Hitomi no Iro" (4:31)
Also my type of visual rock. Janne Da Arc actually remind me a lot of GLAY sometimes.

19. Jets - Rocket 2 U (4:17)
Oh, how I loved this song back in the day. Check out the awesomeness of the video.

20. Judy and Mary - Radio (4:22)
Oh, and speaking of Judy and Mary. This is one of their more poppy songs.

21. Justin Timberlake - Rock Your Body (4:29)
I'm not a huge Justin fan, but there are a couple songs from each of his albums I really, really like.

22. The Killers - Read My Mind (4:03)
Um, if you haven't heard me gush about the Killers, you haven't been reading my journal long. XD I love them so, so, so, so much and this is THE song. The best. It would be hard to pick my top five or ten because there are so many songs I love so much, pretty much equally, but this stands out far above all of them. I could listen to this forever.

23. Kome Kome Club - Roman Hikou (4:06)
Oh, Kome Kome Club. ♥ I love this song so much. It's just...I don't know. It makes me happy. And don't take my word for it, watch this video (which is actually a remake from last year). Witness the crazy awesomeness that is Kome Kome Club.

24. Kuraki Mai - Reach for the Sky (4:47)
This is one of my favorite Kuraki Mai songs. Very pretty.

25. L'arc~en~Ciel - Ready Steady Go (3:45)
This is so bouncy! Bouncy, poppy rock FTW!

26. Luna Sea - Ra-se-n (5:15)
Oh man, I love everything on Style so much. That album is the best thing Luna Sea ever did, hands down. Everything is so...dark? I don't know. I just love it.

27. MAX - Reality (3:26)
Oh how I loved MAX back in the day. Their first album was pure j-euro awesomeness. Love, love, love.

28. Me First and the Gimme Gimmes - Rainbow Connection (2:18)
It's a punk cover of a Kermit the Frog song. You don't really need to know more than that.

29. Mell - Red Fraction (3:42)
I don't even remember where I heard this song, but I was immediately taken by it. Very, very catchy.

30. Mika - Relax (Take It Easy) (3:44)
Not as good as Grace Kelly, but still awesomely awesome. Makes me want to dance around.

31. Onitsuka Chihiro - Ryuuseigun (5:14)
I'm not a huge fan of Onitsuka Chihiro, but the songs I like I really, really like. This is just soooooooooo pretty.

32. Ouch! - Robinson (4:03)
This is an English cover of a Spitz song. I've never heard of this band before and never been able to find any info on them (it's pretty hard to google for "ouch"). It's so rare to hear English covers of Japanese songs and this is a really good one.

33. Puffy - Radio Tokyo (4:56)
This is also a cover, apparently originally by a band called Marvelous 3, whom I've never heard of. I really like Puffy's version, though.

34. Rebecca - Raspberry Dream (4:40)
Rebecca were huge in the '80s. I actually first heard this song when I downloaded an old video of Hamasaki Ayumi performing it on some show before she was famous. Very catchy.

35. Shazna - Raspberry Time (5:34)
This was actually the B-side to Melty Love, which was, I think, their first single. I always liked this better.

36. Snow Patrol - Run (5:57)
This is the first Snow Patrol song I heard and still one of my favorites (though everything on this album is really awesome).

37. Sophia - Rock Star (5:56)
Sophia are one of those bands I don't think ever got much notice outside of Japan. They have some really good songs, though. Like this one! :D

38. Soul Asylum - Runaway Train (4:26)
I loved this song when it came out and the whole album is really nostalgic for me.

39. Speed - Rakugaki (4:33)
I think this was off their first album. It's one of my favorite songs by them, just really bouncy and catchy.

40. The Strokes - Reptilia (3:39)
I always forget how much I like the Strokes. I don't tend to listen to them that often, but they're really good!

41. Suzuki Ami - Reality (3:32)
I far prefer Suzuki Ami's older stuff to what she's done in recent years.

42. V6 - Romance ja Zenbu Katarenai (4:45)
Speaking of older stuff that's better... XD This is off V6's first album, which was, by the way, a really awesome album.

43. W - Robo Kiss (3:35)
Why, why, why did my favorite Hello! Project group have to be the one that broke up? *sigh* And for stupid typically Japanese idol reasons like underage smoking. Bah. They were so awesome! They made me like Hello! Project again!

44. X Japan - Rusty Nail (5:28)
X Japan = awesome. Especially Dahlia, which was the best album they ever made.

45. The Yellow Monkey - Romantist Taste (5:05)
Speaking of bands I loved that broke up. Bah. I love the Yellow Monkey so much! Why did they have to break up? Yoshii Kazuya's solo stuff is not nearly as good. :( This was their first single.
