1. Despite the brief warmness yesterday morning, it seems to still be cool weather, even cold. I had the heater on quite a bit last night. Yay! I am so ready for nice cold fall and winter weather. I hope this doesn't jinx it!

2. We stopped at the 99 Cent Store yesterday when we were out on our walk and I got some interesting candies to review, including a Cinnabon-branded pecan cluster, of all things (they had a ton of them).

3. Carla got her 1TB drive in the mail yesterday, so now she can finally move all the data off the MacBook's internal hard drive so we can send it to gelasius. (Which itself is a happy I never got around to mentioning, apparently. We found a buyer for the MacBook, yay.) We also got our Decemberists tickets (can't wait til the 19th!), so it was a good day for mail.

4. I listened to Mika's new album, The Boy Who Knew Too Much, a few times last night. So far nothing really jumped out at me, but it's really good.
